For participants on site, different solutions are available depending on the size of the meeting room. All meeting rooms at IVA in central Stockholm have permanently installed teleconferencing systems. You simply dial into a virtual room where remote participants also call. Up-to-date meeting information for the teleconference connection is distributed to participants in advance. The sound is heard well throughout the room without extra microphones. All conference rooms have built-in teleconferencing systems.

- Built-in ceiling microphones in the larger rooms

Teleconference with a focus on security
The importance of meeting security and integrity is great for us at IVA Conference Centre. Therefore, each booked telephone meeting is assigned its own meeting number that works during the specified time from all destinations, both international and national. The conference call is both locked and encrypted once the invited participants have joined the meeting.
