The IVA Conference Centre has permanently installed video conferencing systems that are adapted to the size of the room. With its easy-to-use interface and high quality, you can be sure that your meetings and video conferences are easy to start and easy to join.
- Connection to our virtual meeting rooms is possible from any platform. Connect and collaborate via a video conferencing device, software such as Microsoft Teams, web browser or phone
- To ensure audio quality during video conferencing, there are built-in ceiling microphones in the larger rooms for overhead travelling, and fixed microphones around the screen in the smaller meeting rooms
- As with teleconferencing, a virtual room is simply dialled into by remote participants. Up-to-date meeting information for connection is distributed to participants in advance. Audio is heard well throughout the room without extra microphones
Modern video conferencing with high security
The importance of meeting security and privacy is high. In remote meetings, you simply lock the meeting when all invited participants have joined. The video conference is then both locked and encrypted and only the meeting leader can let participants into the meeting.
