Our larger meeting rooms are classic and functional, suitable for conferences and meetings for 30 participants and above. The second-largest room, Wenströmsalen, is equipped with large screens and whiteboards, allowing for multiple furnishing options. It features one large screen on the short side and two on the long side. In contrast, our auditorium, Wallenbergsalen, has a large LED wall installed for the best possible image quality. We host many technically advanced meetings here, and the technology is therefore updated continuously.
Adapting the furniture during the conference day usually generates a lot of creativity among the participants.

Agile technology for smoother meetings
Both venues are equipped with multi-camera video conferencing systems that enable conferences to be broadcast live and/or recorded. This is managed by our technicians and must be booked in advance. Sound systems are also installed, complete with several wireless microphones.
Large windows face our courtyard and can be darkened if necessary. You are free to choose the furniture. There are meeting tables for conversations and deliberations, school seating or U-tables for teaching and dialogue meetings. For creative brainstorming sessions, the "chairs in a circle" arrangement tends to be popular.
