Beautiful banqueting hall for great memories

Our premises have been celebrating and partying since the end of the 19th century, so if you want to hold a party in a banqueting hall with a long history, you've come to the right place.
The premises have been carefully and tastefully renovated in a neoclassical style, following the architecture and interior design style typical of the turn of the century.

Function rooms for small and large groups

Våra festlokaler kan enkelt delas av och passar för sällskap från 20 till cirka 180 personer, beroende på möblering. Med andra ord passar lokalerna både små som stora grupper. Då de stora salarna ligger i direkt anslutning till varandra, kan du som vill utnyttja hela dess yta och prakt. Om samtliga salar nyttjas får lokalen en pampig längd på nästan 50 meter festvåning.

Utöver att festvåningen används för våra konferensluncher och middagar, nyttjas lokalerna även för festliga bröllopsmiddagar, dop representation, events och för minnesstunder. Den vackra inramningen passar helt enkelt alla sällskap och tillfällen.

Is it possible to organise live entertainment or performances?

We've had stand-ups, live bands, opera singers, children's choirs and lots of other fun.



Do you offer any special packages for corporate events?

Each event is unique so we quote all requests separately to create the best experience for each specific occasion.



Can I bring my own food and drink to the venue?

No, we have a catering licence, so all food and drinks are booked through us and the restaurant Grodan, which we work with.



Are there opportunities for outdoor events or activities?

We have a beautiful garden in the courtyard where you can have simple activities. Otherwise, there are many exciting challenges to do in town, with the help of an activity company.



How long can you stay at parties?

Our regular evening hours are no later than 01.00 with last dance/order 00.30.
For an additional fee, we can postpone the time to 02.00.



What can you do with flowers and decorations?

We can help with ordering flowers for the tables, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Even decorations are usually personalised and can be handed in to us beforehand or placed out before the festivities begin.



How can I customise the venue for my specific event?

Flags, roll ups and other merchandise can be used to decorate the room. We adapt the furniture in the room to your wishes, as far as possible.



How big an audience can you handle for an event?

Our largest conference room has 150 fixed seats, but the seating can be extended with 10-15 loose chairs. In our banqueting hall, 180 people can sit at a dinner. For mingling, we can take even more people.



Can the IVA Conference Centre handle thematic events?

We have organised many types of themed events, for example for different countries with appropriate menus, national colours, music and flowers.
Corporate events for anniversaries, major product launches and thematic creative workshops.
