Fantastic conference lunches
As the morning meeting comes to an end, most participants are probably looking forward to lunch. And the good food coming from the Grodan restaurant does not disappoint. Here, we have a large á la carte kitchen that prepares fantastic food for a large and varied menu. There are classic dishes and new influences with exciting spices. In addition to the dish of the day, there are always special dishes of the week with both fish, meat, and vegetarian options to choose from for the participants.

A locally produced conference lunch
But we also have a large preparation kitchen next to the banqueting hall for the food to be prepared à la minute. This is where we serve our guests their conference lunch, and there is something for all tastes. The menus change every week but always contain locally produced and organic ingredients as much as possible. We serve lunch on a plate, and salad, bread, and drinks are served at the cosy round tables with room for eight guests at each table.
