An excellent dinner after a day of meetings
End your conference with dinner! Many times, the best ideas come when you leave the conference room and sit in a more relaxed environment. The beautiful banqueting hall in white and gold with sparkling crystal chandeliers provides the best conditions for a really nice dinner. The menus are created using seasonal ingredients and served on a plate or buffet. The banqueting hall consists of several rooms and is suitable for parties from 10 to 175 guests.
Conference dinner in a grand ballroom
We have many different festive menus to choose from, such as seasonal buffets and tapas dishes. In addition, appetisers such as canapés and canapés and, of course, the delicious desserts make a perfect end to the evening.
The table setting is at round tables with room for eight guests at each table. The banqueting area can seat 88 guests at a total of 11 tables. Along with the four neighbouring lounges, we can offer dinners for as many as 170 seated guests. This is an enormously grand ballroom of almost 50 metres!
Dinner planning is always done with our head waiter, Sylvester, who is happy to provide wine recommendations and ideas on everything from table settings to flowers and decorations.
