Our larger meeting rooms are classic and functional and are suitable for conferences and meetings for 30 participants and up. The rooms are equipped with screens or film screens and whiteboards, which opens up several furnishing options. In Wenström Hall, there is one large projector in the ceiling against the short wall and three against the long wall.
Adapting the furniture during the conference day usually generates a lot of creativity among the participants.

Both rooms also have wireless image transfer in the form of Clickshare, which conveniently displays the presentation from the computer without having to change settings on the computer. You also avoid cables, which makes it flexible and the presentation computer can be anywhere in the room. Sound systems are installed with several wireless microphones or mosquitoes.
Large windows face our courtyard and can be darkened if necessary. You are free to choose the furniture. There are meeting tables for conversations and deliberations, school seating or U-tables for teaching and dialogue meetings. For creative brainstorming sessions, the "chairs in a circle" arrangement tends to be popular.
