Take part in all the interesting seminars organised by IVA

A large part of IVA's mission is knowledge dissemination and networking. There are around 130 meetings and seminars every year. Conflicting forestry objectives and the way forward
Biodiversity conservation is often pitted against the production of forest-based materials. How can we move forward? Are new business models needed? What has been the history of conflicting objectives in forests, what are the main challenges today and how can we move forward?

Sweden is in a new economic situation. The Swedish economy is shrinking, the krona exchange rate is at a record low, inflation is close to 10 per cent and interest rates have risen sharply over the past year. We are seeing cuts in public consumption - particularly in the country's municipalities and regions.

Satellite data - Sweden's hidden strength
Satellite data is used for more than we think and inspires new ways to solve problems. Welcome to a seminar focusing on security, climate and environment. Short presentations will be followed by a panel where we will deepen the discussion on why this highly topical part of space research is so important for Sweden, and what more we can do to develop all the potential that exists.
