The planning of every wedding and event in our venue is based on your unique needs and desires. Through close collaboration, we ensure that the beautiful setting of our ballroom harmonises with the practical details of food, drink, and furnishings. Below is a step-by-step description of how we will plan your upcoming event together to create an extraordinary experience.

Enquiry

Please contact us with an enquiry where you describe your event, desired date and number of guests. We would also appreciate it if you mention any specific wishes for the event and ideas concerning the format so that we get a good understanding of your thoughts from the outset.

Offer

Based on your request, we will prepare a tailored proposal with a quote for the venue, food, and drink. Every event and wedding is unique, and we always adapt the arrangement to suit you and your party specifically.

On-site viewing

We always suggest a viewing of our premises so you can get a feel for the environment and ask questions and discuss the details on-site. We have many photos of the venue to share and you are of course welcome to take your own.

Detailed planning

Once the booking is confirmed, we will plan the main parts of the wedding/event together. We will go through: the schedule, menu choices, drinks, furnishings, and other requests to ensure everything turns out as you envisioned. Depending on the scale, a wedding coordinator might be an option? We have recommendations for companies you can hire.

Implementation

On the day, our staff will be responsible for the execution in the banqueting suite. We will ensure that everything runs according to plan so that you can focus entirely on your guests and the event.

Follow-up

After your event concludes, we will follow up to ensure you are satisfied with your special day with us. We value your feedback as an important part of our ongoing work.
