What makes a good kick-off?
A kick-off is to some extent about the work and the job, and what everyone should be aware of when they start the new one. But a kick-off should not only be about work and serious matters, it is also about fun activities and socialising together in more light-hearted forms. It is often in these contexts that the community among employees is strengthened and new ideas are inspired.
Our tip is that when you plan your kick-off, you should think about what it should lead to, i.e. what the purpose is. When you are aware of the purpose, it is easier to succeed with a kick off.
