Seminars include conferences for smaller, public gatherings. Our own organisation, the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences, regularly invites to open seminars on various topics. These are open and free to all interested parties.
An academic conference, or symposium as it is called, usually has participants from several different organisations and universities.

Of course, a seminar can also be part of a conference. With us, there is every opportunity to hold successful seminars that can be followed by discussion by other audience members. With professional streaming and recording, the seminar can be shared with those who were unable to attend. For extra peace of mind, you can book one of our technicians, who is on site to support you during the seminar.
We usually recommend rearranging the furniture during the day to get a change and a little aha experience. From lectern to armchairs, change the lighting and play intro music. If there are many speakers, it is an advantage to mix presentations with film clips and questions to the audience who then feel more involved.
