Remote meetings with modern technology
Everyone wants the technology at the meeting to work, so it is something we invest extra in. All meeting rooms at IVA Conference Centre have permanently installed systems for video conferencing with stable sound and image quality. This also makes it easy to connect remote participants. The technology is adapted to the size of the meeting room. We also have two full-time conference technicians on site. This lays the foundation for a smooth and professional meeting.

Reach out with a webinar
We organise many live broadcasts every year in our own production studio. This technology allows you to reach an unlimited number of viewers, and the recording allows selected parts to be viewed again afterwards. Really neat, and really smooth.
Our large auditorium, the Wallenberg Hall, is equipped with advanced technology where the combination of stage cameras and audience cameras creates a very professional production. The broadcast is often combined with remote speakers through our integrated video conferencing system. The LED wall here provides a great image quality and the possibility to split images section by section.

Webcast from Wenström Hall
A webcast can also be made from our Wenström Hall, which is equipped in the same way. There is also an interior with backdrop and stage lighting to be able to convert the room into a studio format.
We have our own technicians with extensive experience and expertise, which creates security for you as a customer.

Good to know before your remote meeting
Before the meeting starts, a link will be sent to the invitees so that they can easily join. Our technicians are of course available for assistance if needed, or if you prefer to simply book one of them.
Two of our facilities also have their own production studio for webcasting and recording. There are three cameras with image changers and technicians who lead the work. We edit the film, which is then delivered to you on external media.
Selection of technical solutions
Some of the most common technical solutions we provide in our conference centre.
Recording
Some meetings may not need to be broadcast live, but the client may want it all recorded with audio and video.

Checklist for remote meetings
- Clear invitation with agenda and deadlines
- Check out the technology well in advance of the meeting and connect in the way you were invited
(Software, video/call, screen sharing, chat function, document sharing) - Connect to the virtual meeting room with your name so that all participants can see your presence
- Use headphones and bribe computer/phone
- Appoint a chairperson and secretary for the meeting (perhaps the same person) to welcome everyone
- A side chat is an advantage, where you request the floor from a distance
- Start with your name when you speak
- Try to get everyone to use the camera which creates a better feeling. Look into the camera when you talk and not at your screen
- Everyone remotely has the mute button on when not talking so as not to disturb the meeting
- Finish nicely and let everyone comment on the meeting. Thank you for your participation
